Each of our courses are designed to help you reach a new goal with your riding. Have a look at the information below and give us a call to book in or to chat about which course suits you best.
- Bikes or Scooters -: Motorcycle Learner Permit (applicable Scooter riders) :- The learner permit course will provide you with the knowledge and experience you need to gain your Learner Permit ("L" Plates") accreditation from VicRoads. The course includes classroom training, a video session and practical training on one of our motorcycles/scooters or your bike. There is plenty of time for questions. All training is done on our private range at Calder Park Raceway. You can select from the following courses: - Half Day (for experienced riders)
-: Motorcycle Licence Course (applicable Scooter riders) :- Our licence course provides those with a Learner Permit with the training needed to get a full Licence from VicRoads. The course covers both the theory and practical training you need to gain your licence. You will also enhance your riding skills and road craft. All training is done on our private range at Calder Park Raceway. Our mototcycles/scooters are available or you can train on your own bike. You can select from the following courses: - Half Day (for experienced riders)
-: Private Motorcycle/Scooter Tuition :- Rider Bros. provides private tuition on our range at Calder Park or on road. Our private lessons allow you (or a small group) to focus on exactly the areas of riding technique you want to develop. -: Beginners Trail Riding Course :- Due to revegetation, safety and DSE requirements we are currently unable to run the beginners trail riding course We hope to find a new venue in the near future to accommodate this course. The beginners trail riding course is designed for the rider that has never or rarely been out riding on trails(dirt riding) but would like to start somewhere. You have friends that ride but they are far more experienced than you and you do not feel comfortable tagging along as a beginner. We have the course for you! Bikes available Yamaha TTR230, TTR125 Honda CRF230, CRF250 Suzuki DRZ250 Also available: Intermediate and advanced courses and tag along rides
-: Overseas Licence Transfer :- The overseas licence transfer is designed for the rider that has an overseas licence and require it to be converted to a Victorian motorcycle licence. To convert your licence it must be in english or it needs to be translated by NAATI accredited translator. Click HERE for a directory or call 1300 557 470 for information about translators/interpretors. Your overseas licence must be sighted by a Vicroads office and noted on the system. The above must be completed prior to booking in. Please feel free to call the office for further information.
